Hit the nail on the head, as they say Ian. Safety isn’t the issue with the Vision Zero crowd; eliminating the private automobile is.
I can’t count the number of cyclists I encounter at night without lighting or reflective clothing and no helmet riding on a major street instead of a bike path. Cycle advocates never address such issues which is why their safety propaganda rings hollow. This croup of narrow minded zealots aren’t going to go away, and motorists should be grateful that SENSE exists to provide rationality to this almost one sided debate.
